New Jersey High School Basketball - Somerset Tech overwhelmed by Bound Brook
January 2, 2024: Bridgewater, NJ 08807 The Bound Brook Crusaders basketball team scored 86 points and restricted the host Somerset Tech Jaguars to 30 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridge for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Bound Brook will battle a Red Devil team coming off a 70-60 non-league win over St. Joseph (Metuchen, NJ). The Red Devil record now stands at 6-1.
The Jaguars (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against East Brunswick Vo-Tech (East Brunswick, NJ). The come into the Greater Middlesex - Gold contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, East Brunswick Vo-Tech was routed by Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ), 84-25, in a non-league contest.
