Ohio High School Basketball - Kenston can't hold off Copley
January 2, 2024: Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 The Copley Indians basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Kenston Bombers to 45 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a Suburban - American contest on Friday, January 5. Copley will battle a Hornets team coming off a 49-44 non-league loss to Avon (Avon, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 5-3.
The Bombers (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against North Olmsted (North Olmsted, OH). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, North Olmsted was nudged by Huron (Huron, OH), 59-47, in a non-league contest.
