Kentucky High School Basketball - Corbin overwhelms Danville Christian Academy
January 2, 2024: Corbin, KY 40701 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Corbin Redhounds (Corbin, KY) and the visiting Danville Christian Academy Warriors (Danville, KY), saw Corbin's basketball squad wallop Danville Christian Academy by a tally of 64-43.
With the victory, Corbin improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Redhounds host Harlan County (Harlan, KY) to play the Black Bears in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Black Bears come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Harlan County won 73-65 in their recent non-league challenge against South Shore (Brooklyn, NY)
Next up, the Warriors play the Danville Admirals (Danville, KY) in a District 45 challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Danville Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Admirals come into the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 52-47 non-league loss to Southwestern (Somerset, KY).
