Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Jamestown holds off Wilmington
January 2, 2024: New Wilmington, PA 16142 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Jamestown Muskies (Jamestown, PA) and the host Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA), saw Jamestown's basketball squad hold off Wilmington by a tally of 60-55.
With the victory, Jamestown improves its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Muskies host Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. Maplewood lost 62-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Ellwood City (Ellwood City, PA)
Next up, the Greyhounds confront the Portersville Christian (Portersville, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Wilmington will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 35-26 non-league win over Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA).
