Missouri High School Basketball - Schuyler County overwhelms La Plata
January 2, 2024: Lancaster, MO 63548 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Schuyler County Rams (Lancaster, MO) and the visiting La Plata Bulldogs (La Plata, MO), saw Schuyler County's basketball squad wallop La Plata by a count of 66-25.
With the victory, Schuyler County upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Putnam County (Unionville, MO) to play the Midgets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Midgets come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Putnam County won 76-40 in their recent league challenge against South Harrison (Bethany, MO)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Linn County Mustangs (Purdin, MO) in a Tri-County - Northeast challenge, on Friday, January 5. La Plata will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
