New Hampshire High School Basketball - Merrimack nips Nashua North
January 2, 2024: Nashua, NH 03063 Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Nashua North Titans (Nashua, NH), 51-47 in a league bout.
With the victory, Merrimack upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Tomahawks travel to Alvirne (Hudson, NH) to play the Broncos in a Division I bout on Friday, January 5. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 2-4. Alvirne lost 53-50 in their recent non-league bout against Windham (Windham, NH)
Next up, the Titans play the Bedford Bulldogs (Bedford, NH) in a Division I bout, on Friday, January 5. Nashua North will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 85-38 league win over Londonderry (Londonderry, NH).
