Wisconsin High School Basketball - Shell Lake knocked off by St. Croix Falls
January 2, 2024: St. Croix Falls, WI 54024 The St. Croix Falls Saints basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Shell Lake Lakers to 46 in the Saints non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Saints now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cumberland for a Heart O'North contest on Friday, January 5. St. Croix Falls will battle a Beavers team coming off a 73-62 non-league win over Grantsburg (Grantsburg, WI). The Beavers record now stands at 4-4.
The Lakers (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Clear Lake (Clear Lake, WI). The Warriors enter the Lakeland - West contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Clear Lake ran past Grantsburg (Grantsburg, WI), 71-51, in a league contest.
