Oklahoma High School Basketball - Cyril crushes Apache
January 2, 2024: Cyril, OK 73029 Cyril Pirates (Cyril, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Apache Warriors (Apache, OK), 58-30 in a league bout.
With the win, Cyril upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Pirates travel to Calumet (Calumet, OK) to clash with the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 0-10. Calumet lost 40-39 in their recent league bout against Geary (Geary, OK)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Hydro-Eakly Bobcats (Hydro, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Apache will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 43-37 non-league win over Southwest Covenant (Yukon, OK).
