Missouri High School Basketball - Boonville crushes Holden
January 2, 2024: Boonville, MO 65233 Boonville Pirates (Boonville, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Holden Eagles (Holden, MO), 74-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Boonville upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Pirates travel to Hallsville (Hallsville, MO) to play the Indians in a Tri-County - Southwest bout on Monday, January 8. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Eagles play the Stover Bulldogs (Stover, MO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Holden will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 6-5 record after their 65-31 non-league loss to Russellville (Russellville, MO).
