Texas High School Basketball - Muenster knocked off by Bridgeport
January 2, 2024: Bridgeport, TX 76426 The Bridgeport Bulls basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Muenster Hornets to 47 in the Bulls non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulls now sport a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Decatur for a 4A Region I District 8 contest on Friday, January 5. Bridgeport will battle a Eagles team coming off a 49-36 non-league loss to Nocona (Nocona, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 18-5.
The Hornets (17-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lindsay (Lindsay, TX). The Knights enter the 2A Region II District 13 contest with a 14-1 record.
