With the victory, Mountain View-Gotebo upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Ninnekah (Ninnekah, OK) to play the Owls in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 1-11. Ninnekah lost 51-37 in their recent league challenge against Rush Springs (Rush Springs, OK)
Next up, the Blue Jays play the Temple Tigers (Temple, OK) in a Southern Eight challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Geronimo will attempt to upgrade on its 11-1 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 0-6 record after their 61-28 non-league loss to Healdton (Healdton, OK).
