Mississippi High School Basketball - Presbyterian Christian knocked off by Harrison Central
January 2, 2024: Hattiesburg, MS 39401 The Harrison Central Red Rebels basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Presbyterian Christian Bobcats to 44 in the Red Rebels non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Red Rebels now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host D'Iberville for a 7A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 9. Harrison Central will battle a Warriors team coming off a 61-32 non-league win over Lake (Lake, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 10-7.
The Bobcats (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Picayune (Picayune, MS). The Maroon Tide enter the non-league contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Picayune was defeated by Blount (Eight Mile, AL), 52-46, in a non-league contest.
