Michigan High School Basketball - Jenison knocked off by Reeths-Puffer
January 2, 2024: Muskegon, MI 49445 The Reeths-Puffer Rockets basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Jenison Wildcats to 38 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rockets now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mona Shores for a Ottawa-Kent - Green contest on Friday, January 5. Reeths-Puffer will battle a Sailors team coming off a 41-23 non-league win over Ludington (Ludington, MI). The Sailors record now stands at 4-3.
The Wildcats (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Grandville (Grandville, MI). The Bulldogs enter the Ottawa-Kent - Red contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Grandville was defeated by Byron Center (Byron Center, MI), 60-43, in a non-league contest.
