The Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN), 46-21 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Indians (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.

The Kougars now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host North Judson-San Pierre for a non-league test on Thursday, January 4. Kankakee Valley will encounter a Bluejays squad coming off a 25-12 non-league win over Boone Grove (Valparaiso, IN). The Bluejays record now stands at 1-0.
