Ohio High School Basketball - West Branch nips Garfield
January 2, 2024: Akron, OH 44301 West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Garfield Rams (Akron, OH), 56-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Branch upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Warriors host Alliance (Alliance, OH) to play the Aviators in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Aviators go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Alliance lost 39-35 in their recent non-league bout against Harding (Warren, OH)
Next up, the Rams play the Ellet Orangemen (Akron, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Garfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
