January 2, 2024: Kent, WA 98030 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA) and the visiting Highline Pirates (Burien, WA), saw Kent-Meridian's basketball squad overcome Highline by a tally of 51-31.
With the victory, Kent-Meridian improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Royals host Auburn Mountainview (Auburn, WA) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Auburn Mountainview won 65-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA)
Next up, the Pirates confront the Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Highline will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 42-19 non-league win over North Mason (Belfair, WA).
