California High School Basketball - Marshall crushes Marquez
January 2, 2024: Huntington Park, CA 90255 Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Marquez Gladiators (Huntington Park, CA), 59-23 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Marshall upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Barristers travel to Bell (Bell, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Bell won 42-19 in their recent league bout against Hawkins (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Gladiators play the Mendez Jaguars (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Marquez will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 66-39 non-league loss to Wilson (Los Angeles, CA).
