January 2, 2025: Barnum, MN 55707 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cloquet Lumberjacks (Cloquet, MN) and the host Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN), observed Cloquet's basketball team overwhelm Barnum by a score of 90-61.
The Lumberjacks (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Two Harbors (Two Harbors, MN). The Agates come into the non-league challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Two Harbors trounced Cook County (Grand Marais, MN), 72-53, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bombers encounter the Aitkin Gobblers (Aitkin, MN) in a AA Section 7 challenge, on Monday, January 6. Barnum will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Gobblers come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 86-84 league loss to Pierz (Pierz, MN).
