The Shorecrest Prep Chargers (St. Petersburg, FL) basketball crushed the visiting Canterbury Crusaders (St. Petersburg, FL), 50-25 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Petersburg Catholic for a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. Shorecrest Prep will play a Barons team coming off a 44-41 non-league win over Saint Stephen's Episcopal (Bradenton, FL). The Barons record now stands at 5-5.
