Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Southern Huntingdon County bests Fairfield
January 2, 2025: Three Springs, PA 17264 The Southern Huntingdon County Rockets basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Fairfield Knights to 37 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rockets now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Williamsburg for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Southern Huntingdon County will confront a Blue Pirates team coming off a 39-38 non-league win over Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Blue Pirates record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Fairfield falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Knights host East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 3-5. East Juniata lost 79-48 in their recent non-league game against Forbes Road (Waterfall, PA)
