January 2, 2025: Shirley, AR 72153 The Harmony Grove Hornets (Camden, AR) basketball crushed the host Shirley Blue Devils (Shirley, AR), 75-40 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fouke for a 3A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 7. Harmony Grove will play a Panthers team coming off a 52-34 non-league loss to Fordyce (Fordyce, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Shirley falls to 0-16 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Timbo (Timbo, AR) to play the Tigers in a 1A Region 2 bout on Monday, January 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 10-10.
