In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Immokalee Indians basketball team scored a close 52-51 triumph over the Island Coast Gators.

The Indians (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cape Coral (Cape Coral, FL). The Seahawks go into the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Cape Coral nipped Cypress Lake (Fort Myers, FL), 69-36, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Gators confront the Cypress Lake Panthers (Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Island Coast will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record.
