Arkansas High School Basketball - Cross County bested by Rose Bud
January 2, 2025: Rose Bud, AR 72137 Rose Bud Ramblers (Rose Bud, AR) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Cross County Thunderbirds (Cherry Valley, AR), 71-61 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Rose Bud advances its record to 10-7 on the year. The Ramblers host Dierks (Dierks, AR) to face the Outlaws in a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. The Outlaws enter the match with a record of 14-2. Dierks won 61-12 in their recent non-league match against Nemo Vista (Center Ridge, AR)
The Thunderbirds now own a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ouachita for a non-league match on Thursday, January 2. Cross County will face a Warriors squad coming off a 61-47 non-league win over Mountain Pine (Mountain Pine, AR). The Warriors record now stands at 13-8.
