The Lions (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak City Prep (Raleigh, NC). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Oak City Prep was knocked off by Winston Salem Christian National (Winston-Salem, NC), 39-26, in a league battle.

The Lions now own a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to C3 Concord Christian School for a battle on Saturday, January 3. Winston Salem Christian National will meet a Rams squad coming off a 60-41 non-league win over Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Rams record now stands at 9-7.
