In Friday's non-league test, the Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO) ice hockey squad tipped the visiting Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO), by a final score of 4-3.

Next, the Mustangs face the Resurrection Christian Cougars (Loveland, CO) in a 5A League 4 test, on Saturday, January 3. Ralston Valley will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 2-5 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO).
