January 20, 2022: Warminster, PA 18974 The Archbishop Wood Vikings basketball team (Warminster, PA), was nudged 44-38 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Archbishop Carroll Patriots (Radnor, PA)
The Patriots now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plymouth Whitemarsh for a non-league battle on Sunday, January 23. Archbishop Carroll will battle a Colonials team coming off a 50-24 non-league win over Upper Moreland (Willow Grove, PA). The Colonials record now stands at 14-0.
The Vikings (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Quakers come into the non-league battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, William Penn Charter was nudged by Germantown Academy (Fort Washington, PA), 60-54, in a league battle.
