The Beavers now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwestern for a Heart O'North battle on Saturday, January 22. Cumberland will battle a Tigers team coming off a 65-61 league win over Ashland (Ashland, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 11-3.
The Cardinals (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Northwood (Minong, WI). The Evergreens come into the Lakeland - West battle with a 13-0 record. In their last battle, Northwood trounced Prairie Farm (Prairie Farm, WI), 43-30, in a non-league battle.
