Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT), 55-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Bridgeport Central upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Bassick (Bridgeport, CT) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 22. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Bassick 1-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hillhouse (New Haven, CT)
