North Carolina High School Basketball - Rockwell Christian School overwhelms Calvary Christian
January 20, 2023: King, NC 27021 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Rockwell Christian School Chargers (Rockwell, NC) and the host Calvary Christian Cougar (King, NC), saw Rockwell Christian School's basketball squad wallop Calvary Christian by a count of 88-46.
With the victory, Rockwell Christian School upgrades its record to 21-3 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Shining Light Baptist Academy (Monroe, NC) to play the Sharks in a NCCSA A West Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Shining Light Baptist Academy lost 60-41 in their recent league challenge against Tabernacle Christian (Monroe, NC)
Next up, the Cougar play the Oak Level Baptist Academy Conquerors (Stokesdale, NC) in a NCCSA A East Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Calvary Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record.
