The South Ridge Panthers basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the visiting Cook County Vikings to 41 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlton for a A Section 7 contest on Tuesday, January 24. South Ridge will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 96-48 non-league loss to International Falls (International Falls, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-6.

The Vikings (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Two Harbors (Two Harbors, MN). The Agates come into the AA Section 7 contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Two Harbors triumphed over Barnum (Barnum, MN), 88-55, in a non-league match.
