Maryland High School Basketball - New Town trounces Eastern Tech
January 20, 2023: Owings Mills, MD 21117 The New Town (Owings Mills, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Eastern Tech Mavericks (Baltimore, MD), 98-42 in Friday's league test.
The (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Towson (Towson, MD). The Generals go into the Baltimore County 2 test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Towson was trounced by Chesapeake (Baltimore, MD), 81-67, in a league test.
The Mavericks now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Chesapeake for a Baltimore County 2 test on Wednesday, January 25. Eastern Tech will encounter a Bay Hawks squad coming off a 81-67 league win over Towson (Towson, MD). The Bay Hawks record now stands at 5-6.
