Louisiana High School Basketball - Gibsland-Coleman overwhelms Kilbourne
January 20, 2023: Kilbourne, LA 71253 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Gibsland-Coleman Bulldogs (Gibsland, LA) and the host Kilbourne Hawks (Kilbourne, LA), saw Gibsland-Coleman's basketball squad wallop Kilbourne by a tally of 78-53.
With the victory, Gibsland-Coleman improves its record to 18-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Summerfield (Summerfield, LA) to confront the Rebels in a C District 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Summerfield lost 91-71 in their recent non-league challenge against Doyline (Doyline, LA)
Next up, the Hawks confront the Downsville Demons (Downsville, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Kilbourne will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record.
