California High School Basketball - Whitney tops Glenn
January 20, 2023: Cerritos, CA 90703 Whitney Wildcats (Cerritos, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Glenn Eagles (Norwalk, CA), 47-35 in a league bout.
With the victory, Whitney upgrades its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Artesia (Lakewood, CA) to play the Pioneers in a 605 bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 15-7. Artesia won 53-42 in their recent league bout against Cerritos (Cerritos, CA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Oxford Academy Patriots (Cypress, CA) in a 605 bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Glenn will attempt to upgrade on its 9-14 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 7-14 record after their 60-53 league win over Pioneer (Whittier, CA).
