Michigan High School Basketball - Pellston nips Harbor Light Christian
January 20, 2023: Harbor Springs, MI 49740 Pellston Hornets (Pellston, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Harbor Light Christian Swordsmen (Harbor Springs, MI), 76-74 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Pellston upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Central Lake (Central Lake, MI) to play the Trojans in a Ski-Valley bout on Friday, January 27. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 4-8.
Next up, the Swordsmen play the Traverse City HomeSchool Bulldogs (Traverse City, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Harbor Light Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 43-20 non-league loss to Suttons Bay (Suttons Bay, MI).
