Connecticut High School Basketball - Vinal RVT ripped by Lewis Mills
January 20, 2023: Burlington, CT 06013 The Lewis Mills Spartans basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Vinal RVT Hawks to 27 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maloney for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Lewis Mills will battle a Spartans team coming off a 89-74 league loss to Platt (Meriden, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 5-5.
The Hawks (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Prince RVT (Hartford, CT). The Falcons enter the Connecticut Technical - Central contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Prince RVT was routed by Amistad (New Haven, CT), 89-63, in a non-league contest.
