Louisiana High School Basketball - Southside falls to Madison Prep Academy
January 20, 2023: Youngsville, LA In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Madison Prep Academy basketball team scored a good 46-27 triumph over the Southside Sharks.
In their next game, the meet the Northshore Panthers (Slidell, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 21. Madison Prep Academy will attempt to move on its 20-1 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 12-8 record after their 54-42 league win over Mandeville (Mandeville, LA).
With the defeat, Southside moves to 8-6 on the year. The Sharks host Carencro (Lafayette, LA) to meet the Bears in a 5A District 3 match on Friday, January 27. The Bears enter the match with a record of 9-8.
