New Jersey High School Basketball - Williamstown tops Cherry Hill West
January 20, 2023: Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 Williamstown Braves (Williamstown, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad topple the host Cherry Hill West Lions (Cherry Hill, NJ), 44-35 in a non-league test.
The Braves (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ). The Dragons go into the Tri-County - Royal test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Kingsway went down by Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ), 69-40, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host West Deptford for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Cherry Hill West will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 42-38 non-league loss to Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 6-8.
