January 20, 2023: Rockford, IL 61114 Fans at Friday's non-league bout between the Christian Life Eagles (Rockford, IL) and the visiting Westminster Christian Warriors (Elgin, IL), witnessed Christian Life's basketball squad thwart Westminster Christian by a count of 56-43.
With the win, Christian Life upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Eagles host Willows Academy (Des Plaines, IL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 17-4. Willows Academy won 66-45 in their recent non-league bout against Southland College Prep (Matteson, IL)
Next up, the Warriors play the Schaumburg Christian Conquerors (Schaumburg, IL) in a Northeastern bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Westminster Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Conquerors go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 54-13 non-league loss to Christian Life (Rockford, IL).
