The Woodland Beavers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Fort Vancouver Trappers to 14 in the Beavers league triumph on Friday.

The Beavers now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mark Morris for a 2A Greater St. Helens contest on Tuesday, January 24. Woodland will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 50-45 league loss to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Monarchs record now stands at 5-2.

The Trappers (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mark Morris (Longview, WA). The Monarchs enter the 2A Greater St. Helens contest with a 5-2 record.
