Norton Lancers (Norton, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hopkinton Hillers (Hopkinton, MA), 61-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Norton upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Lancers travel to Medfield (Medfield, MA) to clash with the Warriors in a Tri-Valley bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 11-0. Medfield won 83-34 in their recent league bout against Bellingham (Bellingham, MA)

Next up, the Hillers clash with the Millis Mohawks (Millis, MA) in a Tri-Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Hopkinton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Mohawks go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 49-38 league win over Holliston (Holliston, MA).
