January 20, 2024: Batavia, IL 60510 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Hillcrest Hawks (Country Club Hills, IL), by a margin of 49-45.
The Bulldogs (14-6) will now prepare for their outing against St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL). The North Stars go into the DuKane outing with a 7-14 record. In their last outing, St. Charles North was tipped by Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 62-59, in a non-league outing.
The Hawks now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Bremen for a South Suburban outing on Monday, January 22. Hillcrest will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 66-37 league loss to Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL). The Braves record now stands at 5-15.
