The Hanover Park Hornets basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Boonton Bombers to 43 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hornets now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parsippany Hills for a Northwest Jersey - American contest on Monday, January 22. Hanover Park will meet a Vikings team coming off a 62-53 non-league loss to Vernon (Vernon, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 9-6.
