Florida High School Basketball - West Shore nudges Brevard Christian
January 20, 2024: West Melbourne, FL 32904 West Shore Wildcats (Melbourne, FL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Brevard Christian War Eagles (West Melbourne, FL), 49-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Shore upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Satellite (Satellite Beach, FL) to clash with the Scorpions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Scorpions go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Satellite lost 52-38 in their recent non-league bout against Cocoa Beach (Cocoa Beach, FL)
Next up, the War Eagles clash with the Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers (Melbourne, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Brevard Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Hustlers go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 60-46 non-league loss to Lincoln Park Academy (Fort Pierce, FL).
