New York High School Basketball - Ketcham tops Brewster
January 20, 2024: Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Ketcham Indians (Wappingers Falls, NY) and the visiting Brewster Bears (Brewster, NY), saw Ketcham's basketball squad knock off Brewster by a tally of 53-39.
With the victory, Ketcham improves its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Saunders Trades & Tech (Yonkers, NY) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 24. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Saunders Trades & Tech lost 67-65 in their recent non-league challenge against Port Chester (Port Chester, NY)
Next up, the Bears play the Putnam Valley Tigers (Putnam Valley, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Brewster will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 48-45 league win over Haldane (Cold Spring, NY).
