January 20, 2024: Minnetonka, MN 55345 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) and the visiting Grafton Black Hawks (Grafton, WI), saw Minnetonka's basketball squad overcome Grafton by a tally of 86-76.
With the victory, Minnetonka improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Skippers host Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN) to confront the Eagles in a AAAA Section 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Eden Prairie won 67-66 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN)
Next up, the Black Hawks confront the Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) in a North Shore challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Grafton will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 76-73 league win over Port Washington (Port Washington, WI).
