California High School Basketball - La Salle knocked off by Viewpoint

The Viewpoint Patriots basketball team scored 69 points and held the host La Salle Lancers to 58 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Patriots now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Windward for a Gold Coast contest on Tuesday, January 23. Viewpoint will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 75-34 non-league win over Oak Park (Oak Park, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 21-3.

The Lancers (13-10) will now prepare for their contest against St. Genevieve (Panorama City, CA). The Valiants enter the Santa Fe contest with a 3-19 record. In their last contest, St. Genevieve was outscored by Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA), 58-43, in a league contest.
