Ohio High School Basketball - Celina crushes Lima Central Catholic
January 20, 2024: Celina, OH 45822 Celina Bulldogs (Celina, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH), 56-13 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Celina upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Allen East (Harrod, OH) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Allen East won 45-40 in their recent league bout against Crestview (Convoy, OH)
Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Spencerville Bearcats (Spencerville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Lima Central Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 57-43 non-league win over Riverdale (Mt. Blanchard, OH).
