Colorado High School Basketball - Broomfield nudges Legacy
January 20, 2024: Broomfield, CO 80020 Broomfield Eagles (Broomfield, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO), 63-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Broomfield upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Eagles host Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO) to clash with the Lobos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Rocky Mountain won 63-50 in their recent league bout against Boulder (Boulder, CO)
Next up, the Lightning clash with the Boulder Panthers (Boulder, CO) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Legacy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 55-49 non-league loss to Westminster (Westminster, CO).
