Indiana High School Basketball - Frankton overwhelms Wes-Del
January 20, 2024: Gaston, IN 47342 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) and the host Wes-Del Warriors (Gaston, IN), saw Frankton's basketball squad wallop Wes-Del by a tally of 57-23.
With the victory, Frankton improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Daleville (Daleville, IN) to play the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 3-8.
Next up, the Warriors play the Randolph Southern Rebels (Lynn, IN) in a challenge, on Friday, January 26. Wes-Del will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 68-6 league loss to Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN).
