Virginia High School Basketball - Albemarle fells Charlottesville
January 20, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22901 The Albemarle Patriots basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Charlottesville Black Knights to 40 in the Patriots league triumph on Monday.
The Patriots now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they host Goochland for a Jefferson game on Tuesday, January 21. Albemarle will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 46-38 league loss to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-6.
With the loss, Charlottesville falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Black knights travel to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA) to confront the Flying Flucos in a Jefferson game on Tuesday, January 21. The Flying Flucos go into the game with a record of 6-9. Fluvanna County won 46-38 in their recent league game against Goochland (Goochland, VA)
